AI Open Office Hours Replay: Solutions for Small Businesses
In case you missed it.
Welcome to this week's edition of our AI newsletter, where we're excited to share a recap of our first free AI Open Office hours, held on Wednesday October 18th. During our office hours, attendees were able to ask questions and see in the moment demos of how to use Open AI to address their business needs. Don’t worry, if you missed it, you can see the full recording of the office hours on our GoDaddy YouTube channel.
Ways AI Can support your business:
Use generative AI to help with your specific business, including your industry, location and even your tone and audience you want to focus on.
Customer Support: Respond to customer reviews or messages you’re getting from customers.
Content Creation: Generate a content calendar, write product descriptions, compelling customer stories and more.
Social Media: Create engaging social media captions specific to the social media platform you want to focus on.
Starting a business: Help create a business name and detailed plan to start your business.
Operations: Increase business efficiency and define KPIs and track important metrics for your business.
How generative AI and chatbots work:
Generative AI can generate “new original” content based on patterns that it’s observed in a set of training data.
How to get started: Create an account on the AI tool you choose to use, such as ChatGPT, which was used during the webinar.
How to write effective prompts: Be specific and detailed in your prompt to receive a more precise and helpful AI response. Provide your success criteria and goal. Also specify the role and the audience you want AI to focus on.
Learning resources:
Small Business Prompt Library: Provides a collection of up-to-date prompts that are specific to the topics you are focused on. Visit to see the latest prompts as well as article focused on AI.
GoDaddy AI: Available in the US. Information about how GoDaddy is using AI in our tools we offer.
Limitations and responsible use:
Make sure to manually review AI generated content for accuracy.
Never enter sensitive or confidential information.
AI lacks emotional intelligence, so verify all outputs before use, and tweak as needed.
Paraphrase output and be aware of copyrighted work, IP competitor content, or proprietary sources. Consult with a legal advisor with your use of AI.
